Sourcing

Serious factual claims should be supported by primary or credible secondary sources such as SBA, DOJ, SBA OIG, Treasury, court records, congressional materials, or established news organizations.

Opinion and Satire

Opinion, commentary, and satire should be distinguishable from straight reporting. When a page is satire or opinion, it should be labeled clearly.

Corrections

Correction requests should include the URL, the disputed language, and supporting evidence. Verified errors are corrected as quickly as practical.

Borrower Stories
