SBA HALL OF SHAME

"The people at the SBA are really a bunch of incompetent, lazy morons... I finally had to get rid of the items without their approval... lost six figures+ in deposit refunds. Sent a demand letter and contacted Pelosi’s office — no response."

"I applied to the SBA for assumption on the loan... The SBA agent told me I’d need to add a co-payer, and they had to pay $30,000 upfront before SBA would even consider it. Even if my name isn’t on it. We just withdrew."

"Each time I sent all my documents and followed instructions. Then I’d get an email saying I didn’t send anything. I’ve been declined in RECON over and over again. This is a nightmare."

"It’s a lottery, folks. The SBA is full of crap. We’ve all been lied to about glitches. There’s no system. Just randomness and garbage excuses."

These SBA Customer Service Agents are getting more rude by the day. I called in about my loan and the woman sighed and said, “Why are you even calling?” and then HUNG UP. I was stunned. I called back and asked to speak to someone else, and the second guy said, “We’re not here to solve your personal problems.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I asked for a manager, and the line just went dead. I called again, and they said I was being “hostile.” I haven’t even raised my voice. I’ve filed a complaint and am documenting everything. I hope these people get investigated. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for a federal agency.

UPDATE: I'm officially DONE. I’ve done everything right since day one. I submitted all the correct documents, spoke with reps, even escalated to the Office of Disaster Assistance. Nothing helped. Now they’re telling me they “cannot verify my information” again — after FOUR confirmations. I’ve laid off all five employees today. My storefront is closing this week. Thanks, SBA. You destroyed my business and my livelihood. FU.
